Convert your vises to quick, efficient work-holding systems with "QUICKJAWS". Simply remove the existing jaws and replace with our patented spring loaded adaptors (see step-by-step installation below). The "QUICKJAWS" are changed in seconds by merely tapping them on or off with a dead-blow hammer. The unique design of the adaptors and the "QUICKJAWS" allow for fast, accurate and repeatable set-ups.
Kits are available with jaws 1/2", 3/4", 1" or 1 1/2" thick in aluminum and hard black anodized aluminum. The kits include (4) Spring-Loaded Adaptors and a set of jaws and can be ordered with or without the installation pliers. Accessories include a handy Angle Jaw with a 30, 60 and (2) 45 degree angles milled into the jaw. Extension Jaws are also available in 8" and 10" lengths.

The Modular Vise System consists of three basic components; the Tee Plate, Jaw Block and Force Module Assembly. A standard Tee Plate measures 6" x 20" x 2" and is constructed of 6061-T6 Aluminum with a hard black anodize, teflon-impregnated finish. A series of precision machined teeth on a .250" pitch and three T-slots run the entire length of the plate allowing greater flexibility in positioning the Jaw Block and Force Module Assembly. The Jaw Block is used as the "fixed" end of the vise. The Force Module Assembly actuates the vise with a 30-degree wedge providing 5/16" travel. The wedge generates 1/2 pound of down force for each pound of clamping force. Vises can be mounted directly to the table either individually or docked side-by-side and can also be mounted on a tooling plate, pallet or tombstone.

Save time and make money with QUICKFIXTURE'S Pneumatic Duplex Modular Vises. The "Self-Manifolding" feature allows any number of vises to be linked together side-by-side and operated with a single valve. Vises can be mounted directly to the table, on a tooling plate or pallet. The Pneumatic Duplex Modular Vise consists of a 6" x 20" x 2.5" base plate that utilizes the same Force Module and Jaw Blocks as our Modular Vise System. The Force Module is fixed on the base plate and the Jaw Block or a machineable block can be used to position your parts. The base is precision-machined 6061-T6 Aluminum, hard black anodized and teflon-impregnated. A series of teeth on a .250" pitch insures square and accurate placement of the moveable Jaw Blocks. The Pneumatic Vises are equipped with our patented "QUICKJAWS" to save time changing set-us. "QUICKJAWS" are available in several sizes both in aluminum and hard black anodized.
